Specialization Module 2 — Nature Therapy

Specialization Module

Module Overview

Nature therapy, also known as ecotherapy, recognizes the profound relationship between human psychological well-being and the natural environment.

This course explores the theoretical foundations and psychological mechanisms behind nature-based interventions, including stress reduction, emotional regulation, and restorative experiences. You’ll examine how nature supports mental health and how these principles can be integrated ethically into personal or professional contexts.

This course emphasizes awareness, presence, and psychological impact, rather than prescriptive clinical intervention.

Important:
This course is offered as a standalone specialization and is not part of the Mentalis Method™ diploma pathway.
