Course Enrollment & Structure

4. Do I need to take the courses in a specific order?

Modules 1-5 (Certificate in Emotional Health Studies) have no prerequisites and can be taken in any order, however a sequential order is suggested. Modules 1-5 must be completed before enrolling in Modules 6-8, which focus on intervention work and lead to the Diploma in Emotional Health Intervention.

5. How long do I have to complete a course?

All courses are self-paced, so you can complete them at your convenience. However, we recommend completing each module within 3-6 months to maintain momentum.

6. Are there any live sessions or instructor interactions?

Yes! We offer monthly live Q&A sessions where you can engage directly with instructors and fellow students. Additionally, many courses include discussion groups and personalized feedback on assignments.

9. Are there refunds if I change my mind?

We offer a 7-day refund policy (minus a service fee) for individual courses, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Refunds are not available for bundle purchases.

10. How do I access my courses?

Once you register and complete your payment, you will receive an email with login details. You can access your courses anytime by logging into the Mentalis Academy learning platform.

11. What if I have trouble accessing my course?

12. Can I download course materials?

Yes! Many course materials, including readings and worksheets, are available for download. However, video and presentation content must be streamed through our platform for security reasons.
