Mentalis Academy is an online learning centre offering structured, evidence-informed education in emotional health. Our programs support self-awareness, emotional skill development, and responsible professional learning through a progressive pathway of micro-courses, modules, and a diploma program, all grounded in the Mentalis Method™.

2. Are your courses accredited?

Mentalis Academy offers certificates and a diploma aligned with recognized educational and professional learning standards. Some programs may be recognized by professional associations for educational or continuing education purposes, subject to each organization’s criteria. Because recognition requirements vary by association, learners are encouraged to consult the relevant organization directly or contact us for general information.

3. Who are the courses for?

Our courses are designed for:

• Those exploring a thoughtful transition into emotional health–related work

No prior clinical or therapeutic training is required unless specifically indicated for advanced learning pathways.

Course Enrollment & Structure

4. Do I need to take the courses in a specific order?

Yes. Micro-courses within each module must be completed in sequence, as each builds on the concepts and skills introduced in the previous one. Foundational modules are designed to support progressive learning and integration. More advanced modules are intended for learners who have completed the foundational sequence.

5. How long do I have to complete a course?

All courses are self-paced, and access is not time-limited. You may complete your learning at a pace that fits your schedule. For continuity and integration, we generally recommend completing a full module within 3–6 months.

6. Are there any live sessions or instructor interactions?

Live sessions and instructor feedback are available only to learners enrolled in full modules.

Full module enrollment may include:

• Monthly live Q&A sessions

• Instructor feedback on assignments

• Access to discussion spaces within the learning platform

Micro-courses taken individually are self-directed and do not include live sessions or instructor feedback.

7. How much do the courses cost?

Pricing varies depending on the learning format (individual micro-courses, full modules, or the diploma pathway). All prices are clearly listed on the relevant course or module pages.

8. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes.  Flexible payment options may be available for certain full modules or diploma pathways.

9. Are there refunds if I change my mind?

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for individual courses, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refunds are not available for bundled purchases or full module enrollments once access has begun.

10. How do I access my courses?

Once you register and complete payment, you will receive an email with your login details.
Courses are accessed through the Mentalis Academy online learning platform.

11. What if I have trouble accessing my course?

12. Can I download course materials?

Many written materials, such as readings and worksheets, are available for download.
Video and presentation content must be streamed through the platform and cannot be downloaded.
