Workplace harassment has significant psychological, emotional, and organizational consequences. This course explores harassment through a psychosocial lens, focusing on power dynamics, emotional impact, and systemic factors.

You’ll gain insight into recognizing harassment, understanding its effects on individuals and teams, and responding in ethically informed and psychologically supportive ways.

This course is educational and preventative in nature and does not replace legal or organizational training requirements.
