Certificate Program Curriculum

The Emotional Health Practitioner Certificate Program is structured around eight sequential modules, divided in two phases, forming the Mentalis Method™ developmental pathway.

Each module explores a core dimension of emotional health understanding and psychosocial intervention practice. Together, the modules guide participants through a progressive learning journey integrating psychological insight, relational awareness, reflective practice, and applied intervention skills.

Participants move through the curriculum as a cohort, gradually deepening both conceptual understanding and professional capacity.
